Service and Solution System of queue controlling

     Queue management system solved one the most important problem of modern world, where persons need to accomplish thousands of tasks everyday without wasting precious time. As for now, there is no need to stand in long and tiring queues.  A problem of waiting in queue is fully resolved in all places: banks, shops and post offices!

     Now, every visitor when he/she is choosing service on electronic table takes a coupon from the System’s terminal. Coupons contain information about queue number and any other information that you want to include. Operator, which has finished serving previous client, press button “Next” on the operators console (physical) , or on PC (virtual). At this moment on the information table, the number of next client is displayed, and the invitation to the service window is sounded.

Clients can see their number in the queue on a special table, thus they can walk around service room and get acquainted with production and service lines, and also they can prepare and fill necessary forms and documents while they are waiting for their turn.  Client can get any blanks for receiving required service.

Clients can simply take a coupon from the System’s terminal and wait for their turn in comfortable conditions – choosing goods in a hypermarket, reading press, looking through advertisement, watching TV or just listening to the music.  System will call client automatically. Client can talk to serving operator face to face – privately and confidentially. Thus, system allows decreasing serving time significantly and increasing number of clients, as well as to reduce psychological pressure, as for customers, as for staff.  Moreover, addition advertisement can be placed on System’s terminal, which also influence on consumers decision. 


Queue management system collects all information about waiting time of the costumer, about services received, measures the workability of the operators.

Queue management systems allow planning work effectively, demonstrating information about the number of costumers online. Also it helps to define the average costumers waiting time in the queue. When it is necessary some services can be prioritized.
